PLEASE READ - I wish I could give a lower rating for this branch. Within the 2 years of having Raine and Horne Sorell manage my property, I had the tenants contact me directly through Facebook and ask why the property managers were not passing on any information about the house, the property manager were also not replying to any of their requests and or emails. I then started to investigate and found that no one had been managing my property for a minimum of 3 months but yet they proceeded to charge management fees. When having a representative contact the office on my behalf, the senior manager terminated the phone call as he was not authorized to speak with anyone but the owner. After contacting the Property Management Board and mentioning that we had contacted them, they were all too happy to help with any inquires. We are still in discussion about getting reimbursed for the management fees of the 3 months but yet to here anything back. Further more, if anyone is to have any problems with this branch - please do not hesitate to contact the Property Management Board as they are all to happy to help. I do not usually rant or complain but this has been nothing but a complete disappointment.
Katrina from their rental area is a star! We recently had a tax issue and needed evidence going back a very long time, and she helped out enormously.

Friendly service, Professional. This agency actually rings you back unlike others I have experinced.
Rental department is unprofessional, doesn't communicate efficiently with tenant, don't carry out inspections often and when one is booked sometimes don't even show up! Don't allow to clean carpets oneself. Won't EVER deal with these people again! They have caused more stress than what is necessary! Will NEVER recommend!
