Called to make an appointment for the first time as I was looking to change GPs, was rudely told that after this appointment I couldnt come back at all because they were not taking new patients. Doctor was fine, requested bloods but then I had to wait 2.5 weeks to get the results after me ringing nearly everyday to find out only to be told that I needed to book another appointment for them to tell me Im fine and I would have to pay another appointment fee.. ridiculous
I've always been treated nicely here, reception staff are friendly and accommodating, the Doctors have always been nice.

Phoned up to enquire about a repeat prescription. I was told I'd be charged $37 dollars as I'd have to see a doctor. But had to pay double that. The receptionist was extremely rude, lacking in basic customer service. I would definitely NOT go there again.
